A prepaid API balance is spent according to the provider’s model rates. Input, output, caching, images or audio can have different charges. Credit expiry, minimum deposits and automatic top-up settings also vary, so check the terms for the exact balance you are buying.
Fixed credit offers show the amount of provider credit, a flat $6 NowKey service fee and the purchase total. Entries that only publish usage rates are references, not fixed-price subscriptions. API credit does not automatically activate a paid chat or creative app.
Provide the requested destination account information and a delivery email, then pay through NOWPayments. We purchase and process the order manually and email completion details within 12–24 hours after final payment confirmation. Check account identifiers carefully and never provide an API secret or password.
Common questions
Will the full credit amount shown reach my API balance?
The listed credit amount describes the selected product. NowKey’s flat $6 service fee is shown separately in the purchase total; it does not increase the amount of provider credit.
Does prepaid API credit expire?
Expiry and balance rules depend on the provider. Read the selected offer’s official terms; do not assume every prepaid balance lasts indefinitely or rolls over.
What if I enter the wrong destination account?
Contact support with your order reference as soon as possible. We process orders manually, but whether a completed credit transfer can be corrected depends on the provider and the order’s status.
