NowKey is operated by Djali et fils LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. You can reach us at support@nowkey.org.

We are an independent purchase and delivery service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other vendor whose products appear on this site. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what is being sold.

For products available to order, we provide manual purchase assistance for the named subscription plan and billing period, prepaid redemption codes issued by a vendor, and account or API credit applied to an account you already own. The product page identifies the plan or credit package and any account requirements. We do not sell accounts, logins, or access to accounts controlled by anyone else.

We will never ask you for a password to a vendor account, and you should treat any request for one — from us or from anyone — as fraud.

Some pages describe free tools, usage-based services, unavailable products, or products without a verified fixed price. These informational listings have no checkout, and nothing on them constitutes an offer.

Every purchasable product shows the vendor’s official price and our flat US$6 service fee per item as separate lines. The total is the official price plus US$6, multiplied by the quantity ordered. Nothing else is added by NowKey at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars, which is the authoritative currency of the transaction. Any crypto figure shown before checkout is an estimate; the exact rate is fixed by the payment processor when your invoice is created.

Official prices change without notice at the vendor. We re-verify them and publish the date of the last check on each product. If a price is materially wrong at the time of your order, we will refund rather than deliver at the wrong amount.

Some codes redeem only in specific countries or currencies. Where that applies, it is stated on the product page and enforced at checkout. Buying such a code for an account registered elsewhere is not possible through this site, and we will not process an order that we know cannot redeem.

You enter your delivery email and continue directly to NOWPayments to pay. After final payment confirmation, we purchase and process your order manually. We send your subscription delivery details, code, or credit completion confirmation to the delivery email you provide at checkout within 12–24 hours.

Where required for a subscription purchase or account credit, enter the vendor account email separately. This identifies your account with the provider; it does not change where delivery messages are sent. Check both email addresses carefully before paying. Credit applied to an identifier you entered incorrectly cannot be moved afterwards, by us or by the vendor.

You may not use this site to resell codes in breach of a vendor’s own terms, to launder funds, to buy on behalf of a sanctioned party, or from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

We may refuse or cancel any order, before or after payment, with a full refund.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for a vendor changing, suspending, or discontinuing its own product, or for a redemption failing because of an account condition on your side.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, being the state in which Djali et fils LLC is registered.
