Refunds

A prepaid code that has not been redeemed is refundable within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order ID and we will verify the code is unused before refunding.

A redeemed code cannot be refunded. Redemption transfers value to your vendor account and cannot be reversed by us.

A credit top-up is refundable in full at any time before it executes. Once the credit is applied to your account, it is not refundable, because it has already been delivered to you.

If your payment arrives short of the invoice total, nothing is delivered. You choose: send the difference and we deliver, or take a refund of what arrived.

Refunds are returned to the address that paid. This matters: if you paid from an exchange deposit address, that address may not be able to receive a return, and the funds can be lost in the process. Tell us before we refund if you paid from an exchange, so we can send to an address you control instead.

Refunds are made in the same asset that was paid. Because rates move, the value returned may differ from the dollar figure of the original order.
