Privacy

We collect your delivery email, order and payment records, and, where required, the vendor account email you provide for a subscription purchase or credit. Your delivery email receives order updates and delivery details. The vendor account email is used to process the purchase or credit.

Guest checkout uses a browser cookie to keep access to your order receipt. Save your order reference and use the same browser to return to the receipt. If the cookie is cleared, contact support with your order reference.

We never see and never store a card number, a wallet private key, or a password to any vendor account.

Supabase hosts our database and handles optional sign-in. Vercel hosts and serves the site. NOWPayments processes payments and receives the order and payment details needed to create and process your invoice. Resend delivers transactional email.

We do not sell data and we run no advertising trackers.

Codes are encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database, and they are never written to application logs, error reports, or analytics.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and dispute handling. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your profile and email; order rows required for accounting are retained with the personal fields cleared.
